Thus far we have built queries and reports with no particular purpose other than learning the "nuts and bolts" of how to do it. It is time we learn to do this with more purpose in mind. Below you will find a series of questions that we will be investigating. We will try to find if the answer is "yes" or "no" to each question. Be forwarned that we will never be able to tell for sure if the answer is really true or not, we will only find evidence to support or refute it. The more "evidence" we find to support or refute each statement, the stronger our case!
For each question below create a query that:
- Limits the information to 3 appropriate fields for the particular question.
- Puts the fields in order so that the fields can be compared for cause and effect.
- Sorts the data correctly in order to evaluate the "trueness" of the statement.
- When query is complete and accurate, create an attractive report for the query.
