Truck Driver Weekly Time Sheet
1. Create the spreadsheet you see below and input 3 names and times of your choosing. Create the formulas for all *****

2. For the % column... Desired hours driven for a driver in a week is a variable that we will store in m1. We want it to be a variable as desired hours worked may vary based on law changes or new descions made by the company.
3. Add 5 new names and times. Copy/paste formulas for total and average. Copy/paste percent formula. What happened??? Do you remember how to absolute reference? (using $$$?)
4. Make the following graphs:
a. Last name to total hours driven (bar graph)
b. Last name to total (pie graph)
c. Last name to % of desired hours. (column graph)
5. Protect and lock the sheet so everything can be edited but the formulas. The formulas should be protected.
Grading requirements:
- A minimum of 8 drivers in your spreadsheet
- Correct formulas:
- Totals
- Averages
- % desired (absolute referenced with a "target cell"),
- Correct formatting
- Make it look like the image above
- Control decimals and be consistent
- 3 Graphs:
- Last name to total hours (bar and pie),
- Last name to % of desired (column).
- Protect the sheet:
- Unlock the "green" region in the image above
- Unlock the target value
- Perform a sort on demand. Sort will arrange graphs in a particular order too!
- If you have a macro (with "button") that sorts automatically, it will count as your sort!!
