Below you will find the requirements for the Overhead Expenses project.
Please review your work in order to receive the grade you desire.
For a C you must have:
- Correct Data entry
- Correct formulas
- % column absolute referenced
- Change one number in Expenses box, all values change
For a B you must also have:
- Correct formatting
- Appropriate colors
- Appropriate borders
- Control decimal points
- Appropriate Pie graph
- Correctly and appropriately labeled
For an A you must also have:
- Sheet Protection
- Unlock cells in the Total Overhead Expenses box
- Only allow data to be edited in the Total Overhead Expenses box (lower yellow box)
- On entry password protected
- When the file is opened, it requires a password to read and/or edit the page
Extra Credit (Tag Possibilities)
Build Macros that will sort the data in the various ways:
- Alphabetize by office name
- Organize by Pro-rated Expenses in descending order
- Alphabetize Total Overhead Expenses box
- Organize the expenses ($$) in descending order
