Spread Sheet for IG Pro:

To set up a new spreadsheet for your class in IG Pro:

  1. Select <Setup>
    1. Select <Spreadsheets>
    2. Select the <New…> button
    3. Choose the type {probably numeric}
    4. Give it a meaningful name
    5. Choose Weighted or Total Points
    6. Close

  2. To Enter information into spreadsheet
    1. In the Spreadsheet Window
      1. Change it from Weighted Type (or your current SS) to your new Spreadsheet

  3. To make it the Active Spreadsheet for InTouch
    1. Select <Setup>
    2. Select <Classes>
    3. In the <Current Grade Spreadsheet> window
      1. Select your new spreadsheet
    4. Select <Close>
    5. In the Spreadsheet Window - your new spreadsheets should be listed and italicized
