The Intouch web pages are updated from the Teachers’ grade books every night around 1am.  However the grades are only as current as the last time the teacher updated their gradebook.  If your student has classes missing in the Gradebook it is because the teacher has not posted grades from you student in that class yet.  Questions about missing grades should be directed to the teacher of record for that class in question.

If you are still having problems you can call (503) 399-5555 and press 3 to talk to a tech.

To get a username and password, you must visit the Attendance Office in person. They have already been assigned and cannot be given out over the phone or via e-mail for security reasons.
